Omniyat to start three projects worth Dh3.5b

DUBAI: Omniyat, a real estate development firm, said on Monday it will launch three projects worth Dh3.5 billion at Cityscape Global.

The group’s prime showpiece will be One at Palm Jumeirah, a project in collaboration with Drake & Scull International. The building will offer apartment sizes ranging from 2,500 to 20,000 square feet and its enabling works are due to commence within two months.

The other two projects will be located on the Dubai Maritime City and Downtown Dubai, the company said in a statement.
