Dubai: Dubai Mercantile Exchange hosted its latest auction on Thursday, on behalf of Oman’s Ministry of Oil and Gas (MOG)

The 2-million barrel cargo of December-loading Oman Blend crude was awarded at a premium of $0.07 per barrel over the December Official Selling Price (OSP). The Oman OSP is calculated on a volume-weighted average of daily DME Marker Prices over the month. 21 companies logged into the auction and registered 17 bids, DME said in a statement.

Oman crude for December loading was traded Thursday on the DME at around $54.60/b (Dh200).
