Damac’s board meet scheduled on May 14

Dubai: Damac Properties said it’s board will meet on May 14 to discuss and approve their first quarter results.

The board will also discuss administrative matters among others, the company said in a statement posted on Dubai Financial Market’s website.

Damac earlier said that their shareholders approved a lower dividend compared to the board’s recommendation. The company’s shareholders approved a dividend of 15 fils per share compared with the board’s recommendation of 25 fils.
