Abraaj Group buys minority stake in Turkish logistics company

Dubai: The Abraaj Group said on Thursday that it has acquired, through its funds, a significant minority stake in Netlog Lojistik Hizmetleri, Turkey’s integrated logistics company with a strong presence in Europe and Asia.

“The transaction corresponds with our strategy of partnering with businesses operating in structurally sound sectors that have demonstrated robust growth and are primed to achieve further success,” Selçuk Yorgancıoğlu, Partner and Regional Head of Turkey and Central Asia, The Abraaj Group said in a statement, without giving more details on the transaction.

Abraaj will support Netlog in further consolidating its dominant market share across core verticals and drive expansion, the statement added.
