Dubai: A 21-member Kuwaiti business council has been registered in Dubai, the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry said on Sunday.

The “recently registered” Kuwait Business Council in Dubai is expected to boost trade ties between Kuwait and Dubai, the chamber said in a statement.

It added that Dubai’s non-oil trade with Kuwait was worth Dh20.3 billion at the end of 2015.

The Kuwait Business Council will be chaired by Saad Al Rubaiaan and is the 47th business council registered with the Chamber. (Staff Report)
