Gulftainer announces new container service

Dubai: Gulftainer USA, the extension of UAE-based global ports and logistics company Gulftainer, has announced a weekly cargo service between North America, Central America and Europe. Blue Stream Service will be mainly carrying perishable goods between the regions, and will travel from Florida to French West Indies in three days with transit time to Europe is eleven days. The service will commence from January 31 initiating a 35 year agreement between Canaveral Port Authority and Gulftainer. Direct access to new markets will be granted to Florida as Blue Stream Service is the first of its kind in the state.
