This year's 15th Gulfood event is set to be its biggest edition. Show organisers have confirmed a 20 per cent increase in the amount of space taken up.

The Middle East's largest event for the food, drink, food service and hospitality exhibition will take place at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition centre on February 21-24.

The show is expected to attract tens of thousands of trade visitors with more than 3,500 companies taking part. This year will also see a host of new launches from companies which included Alokozay, Gourmet Display, Syncao, and Villeroy and Boch.

A number of countries will be taking part. They include Kuwait, Libya, Lithuania, Sudan, Ukraine and Uganda, which will be exhibiting in Dubai for the first time.
