Etisalat offers free Wi-Fi during Eid Al Adha holidays
The high-speed public Wi-Fi service will be available in 300 major public locations across the country
Abu Dhabi: Etisalat will offer UAE WiFi, its high-speed public Wi-Fi service, free of charge to residents during Eid Al Adha holidays, the company said. The free offer is valid from September 8 to17, 2016.
UAE WiFi by Etisalat lets residents connect to the Internet using their mobile devices in more than 300 major public locations across the country, including malls, restaurants and cafes. During the Eid Al Adha holidays, any person with a UAE mobile number will be able to enjoy free high-speed, high-quality access through public Wi-Fi.
In order to use the service in the designated areas, the customers should connect their devices to the ‘UAE WiFi by Etisalat’ Wi-Fi SSID signal. After one time registration, Etisalat will send an SMS with PIN number to ensure safety and security. Customers need to use their mobile number as login and PIN number as password. Once registered, the user will be given free WiFi access.
After Eid Al Adha promotion period, users still will be able to continue using the service by Etisalat with free access if eligible to it, or with paid packages of their choice.
