Enoc to transfer 25 Sharjah service stations to Adnoc

Dubai: Emirates National Oil Company (Enoc) has made an agreement with Adnoc Distribution to transfer 25 non-operational service stations in Sharjah to Adnoc Distribution’s network.

Under the agreement, Adnoc will conduct the preliminary evaluation and overhaul of the 25 service stations in phases, after which it will start rebranding the sites and begin operations of the service stations under its own network, according to a statement on Wednesday.

Earlier this year, the company was awarded the necessary certificate to manage, operate and maintain fuel service stations along Saudi Arabian highways and roads.
