ENBD Reit appoints senior portfolio manager

Dubai: ENBD Reit, the real estate investment trust managed by Emirates NBD Asset Management, announced the appointment of Melanie Fernandes as senior portfolio manager.

Fernandes will replace Ben Coombe who will be stepping down from that position after nearly 10 years with the team.

Fernandes has over 25 years of experience in the UAE with Emirates NBD, of which the last 10 years have been in real estate. She has been a portfolio manager with ENBD Reit for the last four years.
