The conference also represents a platform for fellow experts from public and private institutions to exchange ideas and opinions and learn something new.

In the conference’s keynote address, Abdul Qader Obaid Ali, President of IIA, spoke about Dubai’s journey to host the most important internal auditing event in the world. He thanked the diligent efforts of the conference’s organising committee for the UAE to host this event, which he described as another feather in the UAE’s cap.
