Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, has approved three Executive Council Resolutions appointing three chief executive officers in Dubai Courts.

The resolutions are aimed at developing the courts and enabling young leaders to contribute to building an effective judicial system. The Resolutions further complement Executive Council Resolution No. 53 of 2016 approving the organisational structure of Dubai Courts that formed the basis for the Dubai Courts Strategic Plan 2016-2019.

Executive Council Resolution No. 23 of 2017 appoints Ibrahim Ali Ahmed Al Hussaini as CEO of the Notary Public, Settlements and Execution Sector. Executive Council Resolution No. (24) of 2017 appoints Mohamed Ahmed Youssef Al Obaidly as CEO of the Case Management Sector. Executive Council Resolution No. 25 of 2017 appoints Abdulraheem Hussain Abdulraheem Ahli as CEO of the Institutional Support and Communication Sector.

Director of Dubai Courts Taresh Eid Mohammad Al Mansouri said the plan aims to enhance work procedures in Dubai Courts and improve performance indicators and customer satisfaction.
