Dubai: Depa Ltd., a global interior contracting company headquartered in Dubai, secured an estimated Dh304 million of new contracts in Asia and Europe, it announced yesterday.
Design Studio Group, Depa’s Asian-based subsidiary and furniture manufacturer, product and interior fitting-out specialist signed an Dh220 million contract with OUE Limited, a Singapore-based real estate owner, developer and operator. The contract, signed in July, is for the retrofit of the lower and middle level floors of OUE Downtown 1 from existing offices to serviced apartments, states the contracting company. The project, located in OUE Downtown between Raffles Place and Tanjong Pagar, is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2015.
Vedder, the company’s Europe-based yacht interior contracting specialist agreed a contract worth Dh84 million with Amels shipyard in the Netherlands. The project, which will fit-out the guest areas and owners cabin of a yacht, is due for completion by August 2016.
