Delegation from Sharjah takes part in WEF

A senior delegation representing the emirate of Sharjah participated in the World Economic Forum (WEF) on the Middle East and North Africa held in Jordan under the theme of ‘Enabling Generational Transformation.’

In a statement, the delegation said its participation reflected Sharjah’s focus on development and the need to exchange knowledge. At the event, Shaikha Bodour Bint Sultan Al Qasimi, chair of Sharjah’s Investment and Development Authority, was selected as the chair of the WEF’s Regional Business Council for the Mena region.
