Abu Dhabi: The Executive Centre (TEC), Asia's largest premium flexible workspace provider, has announced the opening of a new center at Level 7 of Al Maryah Tower in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), the international financial center (IFC) of the UAE's capital and one of the region's most prestigious and dynamic business districts. Fueled by robust and resilient demand in one of the fastest-growing markets, the company is expanding its footprint in the region with an investment of AED 10,000,000, adding over 17,500 sq. ft. to its portfolio.

TEC's workspaces are tailored to meet the needs of businesses in the region, offering exceptional and customized solutions that address the evolving demands of the market. The new bespoke center features 291 spacious workstations designed to provide premium ergonomic flexible workspaces, along with an exclusive member lounge and cafe.

Having established a strong presence in the UAE with multiple locations across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, TEC entered the region in 2018 with its first center at One Central in Dubai's Central Business District, located at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC). In 2023, TEC enhanced its presence in Abu Dhabi with the launch of its first center at Al Sila Towers in ADGM, which is currently operating at 100% occupancy. With the addition of the new center at Al Maryah Tower, the company now offers over 140,000 sq. ft. of workspace in the UAE, with plans to add 60,000 sq. ft. of flexible workspace in the coming years.

ADGM welcomed TEC's expansion to Al Maryah Tower, highlighting the business-friendly environment it offers, combining effective regulation with attractive incentives for businesses and investors seeking stability, growth opportunities, access to capital, and regional and global markets.

In 2023, TEC significantly expanded its footprint with 26 new centers across its global network, totaling over 200 centers across 34 cities. Driven by strong client demand, South Asia and the Middle East witnessed significant growth, with 12 new center openings, effectively doubling TEC's footprint in the region since the pre-pandemic period.
