TeKnowledge has tied up with Genesys, aiming to drive digital transformation across critical sectors including government, banking, and telecommunications. In alignment with its broader vision, the company is also deepening its commitment to talent development through key initiatives such as an AI-powered training platform and a strengthened cybersecurity practice — both designed to enhance client resilience and readiness.

“The GCC has the momentum, ambition, and investment to lead the next wave of AI innovation,” says Nidal Abou-Ltaif. “Our goal is to be the trusted transformation partner that delivers sustainable impact — whether through national skilling programs, customer experience modernisation, or enterprise-wide AI integration.”

It has also officially introduced its AI-First Expert Technology Services model — a strategic initiative designed to fast-track AI adoption across the Gulf region.

“AI is a powerful catalyst for economic growth, enhanced citizen services, and long-term resilience — particularly in our region,” says Nidal Abou-Ltaif, Chief Revenue and Transformation Officer at TeKnowledge. “Our AI-First services model enables clients to drive innovation with clarity, consistency, and confidence.”

The model introduces an integrated service framework that tackles challenges like vendor fragmentation and isolated implementations. It encompasses Advisory & Professional Services, Skilling & Adoption, and Managed Services to ensure smooth tech integration and long-term value.

TeKnowledge has also expanded its UAE footprint with new offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Currently operating with over 6,000 professionals across 19 hubs, with more than 70 per cent certified in Microsoft technologies including Azure, Dynamics, and Copilot. As part of its Gulf expansion, the company is building local teams and working with Microsoft and Qatar’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology on a national skilling initiative in AI, cybersecurity, and automation.
