Real estate agency Sunlocate Properties, headquartered in Dubai, has introduced a new service for investors as part of its expanding portfolio of offerings. The company now provides its clients with quarterly real estate market monitoring and property investment assessments.

An investor who purchases a property through Sunlocate Properties will receive a report every three months from the company's analysts, detailing the current value of their property, market forecasts, and recommendations. In cases where the property's price is expected to change significantly due to certain factors, the investor can collaborate with the company's analysts to decide whether to sell the property and achieve a return on their investment.

According to Valentin Kulikov, the CEO of Sunlocate Properties, in Dubai, the price growth of certain real estate properties can significantly outpace the overall market. This is why it's not uncommon for the price to increase substantially within just six months of the purchase, eliminating the need to wait several years to realize a profit from the sale. Locations like Bluewaters, for example, have doubled in value within a relatively short period. Currently, active growth is also being observed in Creek Harbour, where they have announced the imminent start of construction for the world's tallest tower, Creek Tower.

The development of this new service is driven by the company's belief in the importance of supporting and guiding investors not only during the property acquisition phase but also after the completion of the transaction. Despite the ongoing growth in the UAE real estate sector, they remain committed to their key principles of providing effective, convenient, and profitable services for property purchase, sale, and rental.

Valentin Kulikov, CEO of Sunlocate Properties, emphasizes that real estate investments are a particularly popular choice in the UAE. Assets in this sector are viewed as stable and with fewer risks. Both citizens and residents, as well as foreigners, can invest in real estate in the UAE. Real estate investors enjoy a range of privileges, including the ability to purchase property remotely, lease it without physical presence, and obtain residency through real estate investments.
