Sharjah Ladies Club embarks on a landmark digital transformation with Exalogic Consulting and SAP

Sharjah Ladies Club (SLC), a premier institution dedicated to women’s wellness, empowerment, and community development, has announced a major digital transformation initiative in partnership with Exalogic Consulting and SAP. The project represents a significant milestone in modernizing SLC’s operations and enhancing the overall member experience through cutting-edge intelligent enterprise solutions.

The transformation was officially launched at a signing ceremony held at SLC’s headquarters, further affirming the organization’s commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and future-ready capabilities across its departments and services.

“This project is a reflection of our vision to elevate the standards of service, operational excellence, and member satisfaction at Sharjah Ladies Club,” said Khawla Al Serkal, Director General of Sharjah Ladies Club. “Digital transformation is an enabler of innovation, and we are honoured to embark on this journey with Exalogic.”

At the core of this initiative is the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors — two world-class platforms that will unify key functions across finance, procurement, human resources, and member services. The new system will enable real-time data insights, streamline business processes, and create a scalable foundation for continuous innovation.

“As we move toward a more data-driven future, having a modern ERP backbone is critical,” added Dr. Khadeeja Mansoor, Deputy Director of IT and Digital Transformation at Sharjah Ladies Club. “SAP will give us the agility and intelligence to better serve our members and empower our teams.”

The digital transformation will be led by Exalogic Consulting, a regional leader in enterprise transformation and AI-powered solutions. This initiative will be tailored specifically to SLC’s unique operational environment — making it one of the region’s first purpose-built digital transformations for a women-centric institution.

“This project is a milestone in redefining how community institutions embrace technology,” said Naveen Kumar, Chief Information Officer at Exalogic Consulting.

“At Exalogic, we are deeply honoured and eager to transform Sharjah Ladies Club into an Intelligent Enterprise,” added Sasoon Sadique, CEO of Exalogic Consulting. “We are committed to delivering not just technology, but purpose-driven innovation that empowers people, strengthens institutions, and inspires long-term impact.”

The digital transformation will be executed in strategic phases, with each milestone focused on delivering rapid value, improved decision-making, and an enhanced, seamless experience for SLC members.
