Nestled in the heart of Jumeirah in Wasl Vita, 1640 Bistronomy is now open and promises an authentic European bistro experience while also acting as an evolving space that showcases RSI's portfolio of F&B brands and functions as a solution to test F&B concepts.
Created to be the epicenter of culinary innovation, the bistro not only presents itself as a pop-up space but also lends itself for seasonal menu development, and intimate chef tables serving as a private culinary cove to conduct product testing sessions or host events. Slated to be a disruptive hub, 1640 Bistornomy provides unique F&B solutions, operating as both a pop-up concept in the AM hours for local brands to test trial menus, and an all-day dining restaurant in the PM serving 1640 Bistronomy's menu. Hosting its first breakfast pop-up, the venue collaborates with La Serre as part of its 10 year anniversary starting on Saturday November 25th. The award-winning restaurant celebrates with a new bespoke menu, La Serre Reserve, will serve its popular French bistro and boulangerie classic breakfast and a new generation of early-morning delights.
