From Jaipur to nationwide, a learning network now spans 25 states and 15,000+ schools

In the heart of Jaipur, where heritage and learning have long walked hand in hand, a young Mr. Manoj Mittal once dreamed of becoming a Chartered Accountant. But life had other plans. When responsibilities called him toward the family business, he chose to channel his intelligence and discipline into a new pursuit, shaping the future of learning itself.
Over the years, his work across publishing and education nurtured a deep belief that learning should be accessible, meaningful, and human. That same vision guided his leadership as Chairman of Anand International College of Engineering. Through such experiences, he witnessed first-hand how technology and empathy could together redefine the way students learn and teachers teach.
From that understanding, Mittsure emerged, not just as a company, but as a mission to make quality education more connected and future-ready.
And with the addition of the next generation of leadership, Yash Mittal and Ishita Mittal, the company’s vision was infused with fresh ideas and a forward-looking approach. With their expertise in technology and systems thinking, they helped transform that mission into a future-ready model, one that blends the warmth of traditional classrooms with the possibilities of digital learning.
What began in Jaipur soon expanded into a pan-India movement, building a learning network that now reaches across 25 states and 625 districts, serving over 15,000 schools. Behind every number lies a story, of a teacher empowered with better tools, a student encouraged to think differently, and a school strengthened with smarter systems.
“When we began in 2019,” recalls Mr. Manoj Mittal, “our idea was simple. Education needed to feel complete again, not divided between books, screens, and systems. We wanted to create something that connected it all.”
That idea was just taking shape when an unexpected challenge of COVID arrived. Classrooms closed, teachers struggled to reach their students, and learning suddenly moved indoors.
“For a company that had barely started, it was daunting,” says Ishita Mittal. “But we saw it as an opportunity to reimagine what learning could look like beyond the four walls of a school.”
The team began designing digital solutions that could reach every home, even in remote corners. Teachers were trained, modules created, and a bridge was built between school and home. “We knew children needed consistency more than ever,” Ishita adds. “That’s where our early initiatives in home-based learning began, ensuring education didn’t stop even when schools did.”
That spirit soon evolved into Mittlearn, a space for children to explore passions beyond academics, from coding to crafts, robotics to rhythm. “We didn’t want it to be another online class,” says Yash Mittal. “It was about letting curiosity breathe, giving children the freedom to learn something new every day.”
By 2022, as schools reopened, the focus shifted back to the classroom and what filled it. “Content is the soul of learning,” Mr. Manoj explains. “That’s when we started Mittpress, to bring creativity and relevance into textbooks and learning materials.” The publishing division began developing resources that aligned with curriculum goals yet inspired real-world thinking, keeping the human element of education intact.
Even as Mittsure expanded, its philosophy stayed grounded in responsibility. “Innovation shouldn’t come at the planet’s cost,” says Ishita. “That’s why we consciously built processes to stay carbon-aware, from digital-first operations to sustainable logistics. Growth has to be meaningful.”
Then came 2023, marking the birth of Mittplus. Yash smiles as he explains, “We’d seen schools invest in technology but still struggle to integrate it meaningfully. Mittplus was our answer, bringing in smart classrooms, interactive panels, and digital tools that actually empower teachers.” The goal wasn’t just modernization; it was balance, blending traditional teaching warmth with digital fluency.
But the Mittsure team knew their vision was still incomplete without addressing what happens beyond school walls. “Parents today are overwhelmed,” Ishita says. “They want the best tools for their kids but don’t know where to find them.”
That’s how Mittstore was born, an e-commerce platform with a difference. Every product is curated, age-relevant, and backed by research on learning outcomes. “We wanted to build a place parents could trust,” Mr. Manoj says, “where every book or game has a purpose behind it. You don’t need to spend hours figuring out what’s right, we’ve already done that thinking for you.”
And in 2025, came one of Mittsure’s most ambitious initiatives yet, Mittsure Olympiad Masters (MOM). “We realized that brilliant minds were emerging from smaller towns and Tier III cities,” Yash shares. “But opportunities were limited.” MOM was designed to change that, an Olympiad modelled on inclusion.
“In our very first year, over 2,000 schools across India joined in,” Mr. Manoj says with quiet pride. “We wanted every child, whether from a metro or a small town, to feel they belong in the world of excellence. That’s what MOM stands for.”
Through every stage, from Mittlearn’s creativity to Mittpress’s academic depth, Mittplus’s innovation, Mittstore’s trust, and MOM’s inclusivity, one thread ties it all together.
“We’re not just building verticals,” Ishita concludes. “We’re building an ecosystem where learning connects, where teachers, parents, and students move forward together.”
From a single idea in Jaipur to a network that now connects over 15,000 schools across 25 states and 625 districts, Mittsure’s journey has always been about one thing, keeping learning human.
Even as technology, platforms, and partnerships grow, the company’s heart remains where it all began: in the classroom. “Every innovation we build,” says Mr. Manoj Mittal, “starts with a simple question, how can this make a teacher’s job easier, and a child’s learning deeper?”
That belief continues to guide every step forward. And now, as Mittsure prepares to extend its vision beyond India and bring its ecosystem to the UAE, it carries the same promise, to make education not just accessible, but meaningful everywhere it reaches.
Because for Mittsure, growth isn’t just about expanding boundaries. It’s about taking learning where it truly belongs, to every child, everywhere.
