The prestigious real estate awards held on November 10, 2022 at the Armani Hotel, Burj Khalifa, Dubai, was attended by over 400 industry professionals. The night was hosted by Property Finder, a leading property portal in the UAE, to celebrate agencies and individuals who made a difference and contributed to the growth and development of the Abu Dhabi real estate sector for 2022.
Henry Wiltshire bagged two major awards for the Abu Dhabi Boutique category – House of SuperAgents and the Quality Brokerage award. The House of SuperAgents is awarded to the agency whose property consultants present the best customer service, genuine and verified listings, fastest response to enquiries and have exceptional knowledge of the communities and developments they specialise in. Almost all of Henry Wiltshire International’s property consultants are deemed by Property Finder to be SuperAgents and consequently, won the esteemed award. The highly coveted and highlight of the night award, Quality Brokerage for Abu Dhabi Boutique, was once again secured by Henry Wiltshire following their win for the same category in 2021, 2019 and 2018. The award is presented to an estate agency who rose above its competitors following a set of criteria for judging by the Property Finder panel.
The qualifications to be nominated is based on a large amount of data collected by Property Finder throughout the year and although there are over 230 estate agencies in Abu Dhabi who are subscribed to the portal, only a handful of agencies get qualified for the awards.
