And now, over the next 12 months, Anand’s precise expertise will be focused on the completion of FIVE’s latest acquisition.
Both of FIVE’s current hotels in Dubai are running at an impressive occupancy of 96.5 per cent and are ranked #1 on occupancy, ADR and RevPAR generating more than 253 per cent more on ‘Total Revenue Per Available Room’ than both their respective luxury competitor sets.
