Falcon Drive Car Rental launches UAE-wide loyalty programme with tiered rewards

Falcon Drive Car Rental has introduced a new loyalty programme across the UAE, offering customers a structured rewards system designed to enhance value and encourage repeat rentals.

The initiative features four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond — based on cumulative spend. Members earn one point for every dirham spent, with redemption beginning at 1,000 points for Dh10. Bonus points are awarded for referrals, online reviews, advance bookings and social media engagement. The launch coincides with Falcon Drive’s expanded monthly rental offering, which provides savings of up to 30 per cent, along with flexible contract terms and free delivery. Daily rates start at Dh49, with a fleet that spans economy, SUV and luxury models from Toyota, Nissan, Mercedes-Benz and BMW.

Each membership tier within Falcon Drive’s new loyalty programme has been strategically designed to deliver elevated value and premium benefits tied to customer engagement. At the entry Bronze level, members unlock Dh50 birthday credit alongside early access to newly released vehicle models. Silver members, recognised for spending between Dh3,500 and Dh6,499, receive Dh100 birthday credit, complimentary delivery on seven-day bookings, and a mileage boost of 10 additional kilometres per day. The Gold tier enhances the customer experience further with Dh150 in birthday credit, access to discounted upgrades, and free delivery on bookings of five days or more. At the pinnacle, Diamond members — those who invest Dh10,000 or more — gain access to Dh200 birthday credit, unlimited daily mileage, complimentary upgrades, and seamless vehicle delivery and pick-up starting at three-day rentals.

According to industry forecasts, the UAE’s car rental sector is expected to grow at over 10 per cent annually through 2030, driven by tourism, corporate mobility and increased demand for flexible transport solutions.
