Burjeel Holdings' AiMed Solutions bring UAE’s emerging healthcare AI innovators to AI Builders Summit 2026

Burjeel Holdings' AI and technology arm, AiMed Solutions, in collaboration with Burjeel Training Academy, the Group's medical education and training arm, is bringing together some of the UAE’s emerging technology talent for the AI Builders Summit 2026 Live Demo Day, where 19 finalists will showcase artificial intelligence solutions developed to address real-world healthcare challenges.

The initiative connects young innovators with clinicians, healthcare leaders, technology experts, and mentors, providing participants with an opportunity to develop solutions that can meaningfully improve patient care, support clinical decision-making, enhance patient experience, and make healthcare delivery more efficient.

Following more than 100 registrations from young innovators from universities and institutions across the UAE, and a competitive evaluation process, 19 finalists have advanced to the Live Demo Day. Over four weeks, participants have developed functional AI solutions and prototypes spanning clinical decision support, predictive analytics, digital patient experience, automation, operational efficiency, population health, medical education, and other emerging digital health applications.

At the Live Demo Day at Burjeel Holdings HQ in Abu Dhabi, the finalists will present their solutions before a jury comprising healthcare, technology, AI, innovation, and academic experts. The jury will assess the technology based on its relevance to healthcare, potential impact, scalability, and pathway toward real-world application.

The AI Builders Summit was created to encourage students, recent graduates, and emerging technology innovators to explore how artificial intelligence can address meaningful healthcare challenges.

AiMed Solutions focuses on identifying, developing, and implementing AI-powered technologies across clinical care, decision support, predictive analytics, workflow automation, patient experience, and healthcare operations, helping integrate AI into real-world healthcare delivery. Its work supports Burjeel Holdings’ wider transformation under Burjeel 2.0, where AI, technology integration, innovation, and digitally enabled care are being advanced to improve clinical outcomes, patient experience, and operational efficiency.

Promising projects emerging from the Summit will have the opportunity to engage with AiMed Solutions and Burjeel Holdings’ clinical and innovation teams. Winning and high-potential concepts may be evaluated for mentorship, further development, training, and potential collaboration within real-world healthcare environments.

Following the jury evaluation, the selected winning teams will progress to a dedicated award ceremony, planned for mid-September at 42 Abu Dhabi, bringing together participants, and industry experts to celebrate the contribution of young talent to the future of AI-enabled healthcare.
