Dubai: UAE’s flag carrier, Etihad Airways, has unveiled its annual premium sale, offering affordable Business Class tickets to several holiday destinations across its network.

Travellers can now book return Business Class tickets to India for under Dh3,000 and the United Kingdom (Manchester) for Dh9,995. The sale is valid for bookings made by February 5, with travel dates between March 1 and June 20.

Return Business Class airfares to Indian cities such as Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Kochi, Kolkata, New Delhi and Thiruvananthapuram are priced at Dh2,495. Ticket prices have also been slashed to European destinations, such as Barcelona (Dh11,995), Frankfurt (Dh10,985), Dublin (Dh9,995), Lisbon and Madrid (Dh11,995).

Flights to Muscat, Oman are available for Dh995. South East destination fares are Dh7,995 (Phuket) and Dh9,995 (Kuala Lumpur). All fares include taxes and surcharges.

The carrier is expanding its network by launching 13 new destinations later year. Starting in July 2025, the airline will introduce four weekly flights to Atlanta, the US, followed by daily flights to Taipei in September. From October 2, Etihad will commence thrice-weekly services to Medan, Indonesia, and five weekly flights to Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Daily flights to Krabi, Thailand, will commence on October 9, while thrice-weekly flights to Tunis are scheduled from November 1. The airline will also operate four weekly flights to Chiang Mai, Thailand, starting November 3, alongside five weekly flights to Hong Kong. Additionally, six weekly flights to Hanoi, Vietnam, will launch on November 3, followed by four weekly flights to Algiers, Algeria, starting November 7.

The airline will also introduce flights to Warsaw (Poland), Prague (Czech Republic), and Al Alamein (Egypt).

With plans to add 20 jets this year, Etihad Airways is set to build on its existing fleet while also committing an ambitious $800 million to $1 billion towards refurbishing its older aircraft, CEO Antonoaldo Neves said in an earlier interview. Etihad Airways is also investing between $800 million and $1 billion to retrofit its entire fleet.

The airline moved to its new base at Abu Dhabi's Zayed International Airport last year.
