Jazeera Airways holds double digit market share on Dubai route

Dubai: Kuwait’s Jazeera Airways held 13 per cent of market share on the Kuwait-Dubai route in January, the airline reported on Monday.

Five airlines, including Emirates and flydubai, served the route in January.

However, Jazeera Airways is the only airline directly flying into both Dubai International and Al Maktoum International.

The Kuwaiti carrier uses US-based FlightStats to track its monthly operations.

Jazeera Airways greatest market share in January was on the Kuwait-Al Jalaf, Iraq route with 43 per cent.
