Etihad open Al Ain customer service centre
The new contact centre will provide full time employment for 140 employees

Etihad Airways said on Wednesday it has opened its second customer service centre in Al Ain.
It is the Abu Dhabi airlines fourth customer service centre globally including one in Abu Dhabi and Manchester, United Kingdom.
The 24/7 customer service centre will have a desk capacity of 70 staff that provide bilingual Arabic and English assistance.
The new contact centre will provide full time employment for 140 contact centre staff members, Etihad said.
