Dubai: Emirates airline said on Monday it will increase its services to Riyadh, adding a fourth daily flight to the Saudi capital from September 1.

The addition will take the total number of weekly flights by Emirates serving Riyadh to 28, with the airline saying there are “strong passenger flows” between Riyadh and Dubai. The new flight will be operated by a Boeing 7770300ER aircraft in a three-class setting.

In 2017, over 1.5 million Saudis visited Dubai, according to the emirate’s tourism body.
