The Dubai Airshow organizing committee expressed its deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to the family of the pilot who lost his life on Friday after his aircraft crashed during the air display accompanying the exhibition.

In a statement, the committee affirmed its solidarity with his family during this difficult time and extended heartfelt condolences to the Indian Air Force, wishing safety to all its personnel.

Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Chairman of the Dubai Airshow Committee, also addressed the tragedy in a post on social media.

“We are deeply saddened by today’s accident at the Dubai Airshow,” he wrote. “On behalf of the airshow committee, we extend our heartfelt condolences to the family and colleagues of the pilot who tragically lost his life, and extend our full support to the Indian Air Force team.”

The crash occurred during an aerial demonstration, part of the scheduled program at the five-day event, which draws military, commercial, and civil aviation participants from around the world.
