Bahrain: Emirates has made Bahrain the first destination in its global network to be served exclusively by its state-of-the-art Airbus A350 aircraft. The arrival of the airline’s third A350 at Bahrain International Airport on June 2nd marked the full deployment of the advanced aircraft on all Emirates flights to the Kingdom.

The A350 is currently operating on several short and medium-haul routes for Emirates, including Amman, Kuwait, Edinburgh, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Colombo, and Tunis, with plans to expand its A350 network to 17 cities by the end of 2025.

The third daily flight, EK835, departed Dubai at 02:00 and arrived in Bahrain at 02:15. The return flight, EK836, took off from Bahrain at 03:40, landing in Dubai at 06:05. The airline said this particular strategic move aligns with Emirates’ ‘Fly Better’ commitment to elevate the travel experience and modernise its fleet with cutting-edge technology and enhanced comfort.

The Emirates A350 serving Bahrain features a three-class configuration with 32 Business Class lie-flat seats, 21 Premium Economy seats, and 259 spacious Economy Class seats. Passengers can enjoy faster Wi-Fi, an enhanced cinematic experience on the award-winning ice entertainment system, higher ceilings, wider aisles, quieter cabins, and optimized cabin lighting.

This deployment underscores Emirates’ strong and growing relationship with Bahrain, reflecting the airline’s investment in delivering a premium product and service to the market.
