Abu Dhabi Airports exceeds Emiratisation targets
50% of company’s workforce are Emiratis

Abu Dhabi: Abu Dhabi Airports announced it has exceeded its targets for Emiratisation in 2015, with 50 per cent of its workforce being Emiratis. The number of Emiratis in higher management positions at Abu Dhabi Airports reached 82 per cent.
The company had launched a National Development Programme (NDP) for employing and training Emirati graduates, and saw 86 enrollments in 2015 — 35 of whom were later confirmed as permanent employees.
