Alshaya brings 42 brands to Yas Mall

Dubai: Alshaya, a Kuwait-based retail franchise operator, will have 42 of its brands in Yas Mall in Abu Dhabi, which opens this month, according to a company statement on Sunday.

The stores that will open in the mall include the largest international Debenhams department store, the UAE’s first Pottery Barn Teen and Icing stores, the capital’s first Victoria’s Secret, The Cheesecake Factory, COS, Texas Roadhouse, Muji, River Island, Jo Malone and West Elm, as well as H&M, Mothercare, and Starbucks, among others.

Alshaya’s investment in Yas Mall creates 2,000 jobs, according to the statement.
