Dubai: In his capacity as Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE, issued Decree No (26) of 2017 appointing Abdullah Ahmad Al Habbai as director-general of the Dubai Creative Clusters Authority (DCCA). The decree is effective from the date of issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
The DCCA is the regulatory and administrative body for a number of free zone parks in Dubai, including Internet City, Outsource City, Media City and Knowledge Park.
