Adnoc, OCP Group sign long-term sales deal

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc) and the OCP Group of Morocco announced they have signed a long-term sales agreement whereby Adnoc will supply OCP with granulated sulphur.

Under the deal, Adnoc, a large exporter of sulphur, will supply OCP, the largest sulphur importer, until 2025. A statement on Tuesday said the two parties agreed to consider a gradual increase of the contracted annual volumes.

The statement added that “significant synergies” exist between Adnoc and OCP, allowing the two to explore various opportunities for larger cooperation.
