Typhoon Kalmaegi kills five in Vietnam: environment ministry

The deaths occurred in the provinces of Quang Ngai, Gia Lai and Dak Lak

Typhoon Kalmaegi killed at least five people when it crashed into Vietnam's central coast, the environment ministry said Friday, adding seven people had been injured.

It said in a statement the deaths occurred in the provinces of Quang Ngai, Gia Lai and Dak Lak.
