Dubai: The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has issued a firm warning to prospective Hajj pilgrims, urging them to steer clear of unauthorised platforms and unofficial parties promoting fraudulent advertisements and fake Hajj packages.

The ministry stressed that any offers or information circulated through unaccredited sources are misleading and do not represent the ministry or any official Hajj authority.

It highlighted the importance of accuracy and vigilance, cautioning the public against falling victim to scams.

The ministry reiterated that all Hajj pilgrims must obtain a valid Hajj visa through official authorities — either via the Hajj Affairs Offices in over 80 countries or through the Nusuk Hajj platform, which serves pilgrims from more than 126 countries and allows for direct bookings.

For domestic pilgrims—including Saudi citizens and residents—the only authorised channels to book Hajj packages are the official website (https://masar.nusuk.sa) and the Nusuk app.

To support transparency and assist pilgrims, the ministry has made its “Guests of God Care Centre” available 24/7 in multiple languages. Inquiries and reports can be submitted via:
