Social Media accounts like weatherOmaniya that are prompt in reporting the weather events across Oman, have already posted news of rains in Buraimi and Rustaq.
Thunder clouds on the western Al Hajar mountain range with heavy rain, hail and active downward winds accompanied by the heavy wadi flow will be experienced from today evening.
Oman has been experiencing scattered rains for the last couple of weeks in various places including Ibri and towns and villages around Jabal Shams and Jabal Akhdhar areas.
