Constitutional Court removes Yoon Suk Yeol from office over declaration of martial law
South Korea's Constitutional Court on Friday upheld the impeachment of President Yoon Suk Yeol, stripping him of office over his disastrous declaration of martial law.
"We hereby pronounce the following ruling, with the unanimous agreement of all Justices. (We) dismiss respondent President Yoon Suk Yeol," acting chief justice Moon Hyung-bae said.
