North Korea leader claims navy now a ‘full-fledged’ nuclear-armed force

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un said his country was "equipping the Navy with nuclear weapons" as he commissioned a warship, state media reported on Wednesday.
"It is rising into a full-fledged service equipped with strategic means, as the programme of equipping the Navy with nuclear weapons is following its planned course unerringly," he told the ceremony on Tuesday, the official Korean Central News Agency reported.
