A video posted by the police department went viral online of the cops learning Zumba

A video of over 700 police personnel from Bengaluru Zumba has gone viral online and netizens are loving their high-energy moves.
Police officers found a new way to keep fit and bust stress in Bengaluru, India and social media users are all praise.
According to a report by NDTV, around 30 teams of 25 members each took part in the session.
The police force aims to use Zumba as a workout regime as well as a relaxation technique for the officers.

Shared by the Bengaluru city police on Facebook and Twitter with the caption: "Rhythmic stress buster -- Zumba program for Police personnel of North-East Division", the video features over 750 police officers trying out Zumba moves.
In the clip, some officers are seen smiling and giggling as they try out the dance moves.
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves to burn calories.
Commenting on the video, social media users appreciated their efforts.
Twitter user @cgshivangi wrote: “Fantastic! It's important to keep healthy the body, mind and soul of our police, given the stressful nature of duties they perform. Very good.”
Similarly, tweep @Iamvadiraj thought that there is a need for such relaxation techniques for those working in high-stress professions such as the police force: “Excellent initiative taken by department for the staff. Leading a stressful life the cops badly need such stuffs to live some cheerful moments at least twice a month.”
A Twitter user, @KeerthiSiddesh1, even thought that similar exercises should be implemented by other police departments across India: “This should happen across country amazing initiative.”
