Residents advised to stay prepared for possible dusty weather and rain showers

Dubai: The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has issued its weather forecast for today, predicting fair to partly cloudy conditions with skies becoming increasingly cloudy by night and into Sunday morning. Light rainfall is expected to develop westward, primarily affecting regions by the early hours of Sunday.
Maximum temperatures across the internal regions of the country will range between 33°C and 38°C, while coastal areas and islands will experience highs between 31°C and 36°C. The mountainous regions can expect cooler conditions, with temperatures between 20°C and 24°C.
In terms of wind conditions, light to moderate winds will prevail, occasionally freshening to cause blowing dust during the daytime. Wind speeds could reach up to 35 km/h in a southeast direction. The sea conditions will remain generally calm, with slight to moderate waters in the Arabian Gulf and a slight sea state in the Oman Sea.
The NCM has announced city-specific forecasts with rain, winds, and cooler temps over the weekend. Residents are advised to remain cautious of changing weather patterns and blowing dust, particularly in open areas.
