Dubai: Dubai Municipality has announced that it will distribute 5 million seedlings to celebrate the UAE’s 50th National Day.
In a video released on Sunday, the civic body showed its employees home-delivering flowering plants in residential areas of the emirate.
In February this year, the municipality had revealed that a whopping 57 million flowers adorn Dubai.
Over 1.3 million square metres were covered with flowering plants in 2020.
