Leaders discuss strengthening UAE–Kerala ties in trade, innovation, and development

Abu Dhabi: Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, met with Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and his accompanying delegation in Abu Dhabi.

The meeting focused on enhancing bilateral cooperation between the UAE and Kerala in key economic and developmental sectors, in line with the shared vision of both leaderships to foster sustainable growth and mutual prosperity. Discussions included opportunities in trade, investment, technology, and education.

Among those present were Ahmed Jasem Al Zaabi, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development; Saif Saeed Ghobash, Secretary-General of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council; and Maryam Eid Al Mheiri, Chairperson of the Abu Dhabi Media Office.

Chief Minister Vijayan, who arrived in the UAE Capital on November 8, was warmly welcomed by members of the Malayalee community, including business leader MA Yusuff Ali of Lulu Group International.
