UAE: Minor earthquake of magnitude 1.9 recorded in Dibba, Fujairah

Fujairah: The National Seismic Network of the National Centre of Meteorology has recorded a magnitude 1.9 earthquake on the Richter scale off the coast of Dibba, Al Fujairah on Thursday.
The earthquake occurred at 8:03pm at a depth of 17km, according to the local time of the UAE. While the earthquake was felt in the region, it had no impact in the UAE.
The National Center of Meteorology has been actively monitoring seismic activity in the UAE to provide early warnings and ensure the safety of the people.
