Dubai: The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced a temporary traffic diversion at the intersection of King Salman Street and the road leading to Dubai Harbour, coinciding with the beginning of bridge construction works to Dubai Harbour.

In a social media post, the RTA confirmed the diversion will begin on Sunday, 13 July 2025, and will remain in place until the works are completed.

Main roads and left turns on King Salman Street will be closed to motorists traveling from the Marina area towards Jumeirah and Dubai Harbour. Vehicles will be diverted via Al Marsa Street, then onto Al Khayay Street, followed by Al Naseem Street, and back onto King Salman Street.

To ensure a smooth journey, motorists are advised to plan trips in advance, head out early, and avoid peak hours.
