Dubai Taxi sends 50 cab drivers set for Umrah

Dubai: The Dubai Taxi Corporation (DTC) has teamed up with its strategic partner Emirates Islamic Bank to dispatch the second batch of cab drivers to perform Umrah, officials announced yesterday.

The 50 drivers were chosen based on years of experience, performance, revenues, accidents, complaints, and good conduct. The objective of the initiative is to improve drivers’ satisfaction rating, and thus increase the operational efficiency and attaining higher customer satisfaction.
