The National Consultative Council (NCC) has criticised the government for not investing more in higher education so it can fulfil its long-term goal towards emiratisation.
The NCC yesterday called for the setting up of a higher education programme to ensure new graduates are prepared and ready to meet the urgent labour market needs.
