Sharjah: Sharjah Police have once again demonstrated their strong connection with the community, achieving an impressive 98% customer satisfaction rate during the first half of 2025.

The figure is based on feedback collected from 3,640 responses through the “Customer Pulse” platform, reflecting the public’s high regard for the services provided.

The achievement was announced by Brigadier General Ibrahim Musabah Al Ajel, Director General of Comprehensive Police Stations, who said the result underscores public trust in Sharjah Police and confirms that recent service enhancements are delivering real results — from the moment a visitor enters a station to the completion of their request.

Brigadier Al Ajel emphasised that customer satisfaction remains a top priority for the force. He noted that well-trained personnel and modern strategies — centred around innovation and digital transformation — ensure swift, professional assistance for all community members.

He added that the high satisfaction rate reflects ongoing success and is the result of regular service reviews to maintain efficiency and quality. “We will continue building on this progress,” he said, “to ensure our services consistently meet community expectations with speed, professionalism, and care.”
