ACC project seems to be on right track, says Ratnayake

With just over 16 months having passed since the Asian Cricket Council embarked on the 10-year development plan for the game, Rumesh Ratnayake, one of its Cricket Development Officers, has expressed satisfaction and optimism over the ambitious project.
