Dubai: Al Nasr are on the verge of signing Brazilian attacking midfielder Marquinhos Gabriel on a season’s loan from Corinthians.
Terms have been agreed and the 28-year-old former Internacional, Palmeiras and Al Nassr Saudi player is on his way for a medical to join fellow Brazilian strikers Samuel Rosa from Hatta and Iury from Ukraine’s Zorya Luhansk.
French midfielder Yohan Cabaye from Crystal Palace has also joined under Serbian coach Ivan Jovanovic. Gabriel replaces Lebanese defender Joan Oumari who joins Japan’s Sagan Tosu.
